Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Forever Wreaths.

Due to the nature of our products, which are decorative floral arrangements made for memorial and funeral use, we accept returns only under the following conditions.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of mind
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
